VENUE / DATE / TIME – As in the past few years, Sunday lunch has been arranged with Liz and Simon at the Jack Russell, Faccombe at 12h30 for 13h00 on Sunday, 17^th January 2010 for the JDC’s Area 1. For the location, please see the attached maps (below).

As this year, we’ve booked the conservatory that can accommodate up to 36. If we get more attendees than this, those booking later may have to sit in the bar, but we can circulate / change places between courses.

FOOD – Again, Liz will provide a hot and cold buffet to be served comprising:

• Chicken Curry
• Bourguignon
• Cold Meats
• Cheese, and
• Salads

at £13.50 per head and including cheese and biscuits as a pudding.  We have been asked to choose on the day from these for the main course.  In addition, we are welcome to order starters and sweets from their various menus (à la carte and the specials board).  Each party will settle their own bill with their waitress.  No deposit is needed.

DRINKS – We've been asked to order these at the bar and to pay for each round as we go, rather than running up any tabs as this makes it much easier for the bar staff when serving a large group.

TABLE WINES – These will provided from Club funds and will be arranged by us on the day. There's no need to pre-order.
