Important Note
Book Early and avoid diappointment for this is bound to be a popular event.

The hotel is holding 15 rooms for us so places will be reserved on a first come, first served basis, and on receipt of a deposit of £250 per couple.   We can only hold the rooms until 15th January 2010 so please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to come.  The deposit will be non-refundable and the balance will be payable no later than Friday 19th March 2010.  It is estimated that the cost of the whole trip will be approximately £1,000 per couple to include ferry crossings, dinner, bed and breakfast at the hotel, admissions to some venues and possibly a couple of lunches.

Please send your deposit cheques made out to Jaguar Drivers Club Area 1 to 57 Gorselands, Newbury, RG14 6PU.  Could you also indicate whether you would require a twin or double bedded room and any dietary requirements and at the same time let me know whether or not you would like to stay in Dover on the night before, Wednesday 19th May.
